| Detailed Description: | Dear Sir / Madam, We represent PH LEGRA, a part of AGRO GRUPA POLAND, one of Europe's largest biomass and agricultural concerns and the largest operator and supplier of biomass to the Polish government's power generation companies. PH LEGRA is and acts as a trading company in the group which, among other places, operates out of the UK, having a 15 year history of successful purchase, transhipment and sale of biomass products throughout Europe. Key centres of activity, further to Poland and the UK, have been Spain and the Ukraine. Over the last 3 years our clients have increased significantly and our main challenge is now to locate additionally supplies of biofuel / biomass. This is particularly to cater to an increase demand from Polish clients, whom are particularly keen and familiar with the use of palm kernel shells (PKS) as their main bio-fuel. We are therefore looking to increase our supplier base for KPS. Our current additional demand is for minimum monthly shipments of 5,000 metric tons (mt), with a per shipment cap of 35,000mt per month from any one supplier, although, in more established supplier relationships, we do entertain simultaneous shipments occurring at this larger capacity. We generally operate on a CIF basis through irrevocable and guaranteed letters of credit issued by recognised international banks. Our existing transhipment / acceptance port is Gdansk in Poland, where we can cater for a dedicated unloading rate of 4,000mt per day. If required, we can also accept FOB and Ex-Factory shipments, although the additional logistical overhead involved in dealing with this makes it a less favoured way for us to operate. We would therefore very much like to understand if your company is in a position to become a supplier to us for biofuel, and PKS in particular, and if so, on what terms, quantity and price.
